We welcome nonprofit organizations to fill out an online profile!
Organizations should meet the following criteria:
- Nonprofit organizations with IRS 501(c)(3) status.
- Reside in or serve at least one of the five counties in the Greater Kansas City area (Missouri: Clay, Jackson and Platte; Kansas: Johnson and Wyandotte).
- File an IRS Form 990 with annual revenues of $25,000 or more (preferred but not required).

If you do not file an IRS Form 990 or 990EZ, you must provide income statements and balance sheets for your organization’s past three fiscal years. These financial documents must be accompanied by an affidavit, which will be provided to you by the Community Foundation, containing a board officer's signature.
To create a profile for your organization,

Note that a profile must be complete before it is made viewable to the public. Once a profile is created, it may be updated as often as desired, with a minimum of once a year.
